Quotes and pricing
Any prices, timeframes or inclusions shown on the site are indicative. A binding price is only given in a written quote for your project, and remains valid for the period stated in that quote. Quotes are based on the information supplied to us and on the site conditions known at the time.
Variations
Changes to scope, design, materials, approvals or unforeseen site conditions may affect price and program. Variations will be confirmed in writing before the work proceeds wherever practical.
Your obligations
- Provide accurate information about your property and project
- Provide safe site access during agreed working hours
- Obtain owner consent where you are not the registered owner
- Pay invoices by the due date set out in your contract
Warranties and consumer rights
Our work is carried out with due care and skill. Statutory warranties under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW) and consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply where relevant and are not excluded, restricted or modified by these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
Intellectual property
All text, images, logos and designs on this website are owned by or licensed to We Build Foundations Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.
